As cloud
computing races to become the dominant platform for business, the
cloud’s ability to completely revolutionize customer engagement and
customer experience has become the dominant topic for the CEOs of many
of the leading vendors in the Cloud Wars.
With
the global digital economy forcing companies in every industry to

co-CEO Marc Benioff told CNBC’s Jim Cramer that in today’s digital

to do so.
